Overview of Active Anti-Collision Engineering:
Bridge collision prevention and warning systems primarily consist of two components: preventing vessels from colliding with bridges due to excessive height and preventing vessels from colliding with bridge piers due to course deviation. The system monitors whether passing vessels exceed the bridge's clearance height or deviate from the designated navigation channel. For vessels that are over-height or off-course, the system employs AIS (Automatic Identification System) for automatic identification and triggers alerts through the system's VHF alarm system and on-site audible and visual display panels, providing real-time notifications to vessels to take corrective measures. It also strengthens the regulation of vessels not under maritime surveillance (e.g., accelerating, or deliberately disabling the AIS automatic identification system in violation of regulations). The AI intelligent analysis system achieves tracking and control of vessel identity and trajectory through on-site image recognition and thermal imaging recognition. Real-time imagery is recorded via video surveillance and stored. Remote data transmission is implemented to provide on-site conditions and original recorded data analysis as a basis for accident investigation.
