Responsible for implementation, deployment and commissioning of IoT projects to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer requirements.
Participate in installation, configuration, networking and system integration of IoT devices to guarantee normal communication between devices and platforms.
Assist customers with on-site commissioning and troubleshooting of IoT systems, and provide technical support.
Compile project implementation documents, operation manuals and technical reports to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Closely cooperate with R&D and product teams, report problems during project implementation and propose optimization suggestions.
Provide post-maintenance and technical support for IoT systems, and resolve technical issues encountered by customers.
Keep track of the latest IoT industry trends, and participate in internal technical training and sharing.
Job Requirements
Full-time college degree or above. Majors in IoT, surveying and mapping, mechatronics, automation control, electronics, oceanography, machinery are preferred.
1-2 years of working experience in IoT industry; experience in marine-related projects is a plus.
Good communication skills and approachable personality.
Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
Team player and willing to take challenges.
Able to travel frequently.
