Emergency Wreck Marking Buoy

Function and Purpose: 
Emergency wreck marking buoy should be installed or moored on new wrecks or sunken objects, or positioned as close as possible to new wrecks or sunken objects, indicating the location of the new wrecks or sunken objects. Vessels should refer to navigational information and avoid navigating near these markers. 

Applicable Areas: Sea areas and their ports, as well as navigable entrances.
