The function, shape, color, and light characteristic of bridge structures should meet the following requirements. Function: Consisting of bridge opening signs, bridge pier lights, and navigation clearance signs, to guide vessels through bridges. The bridge opening sign is installed at an appropriate position on the bridge truss on the approach face of a single-direction navigable bridge opening, or at an appropriate position on the bridge truss above the approach faces of the upstream and downstream navigation routes of a two-way navigable bridge opening, to indicate the position of the navigable bridge opening. Bridge pier lights are installed on the bridge piers in the water on the approach face of the navigable bridge opening, to indicate the position of the bridge piers in the water of the navigable bridge opening. Navigation clearance signs are installed on both sides of the bridge truss at the navigable bridge opening, to indicate the range that meets the design navigation clearance dimension standards. Shape: Bridge opening signs are divided into square signs and circular signs. When the square sign does not distinguish between large and small vessel navigation openings, it indicates the navigable bridge opening; when it does distinguish, it indicates the large vessel navigation opening. The circular sign indicates the small vessel navigation opening. The navigation clearance sign is a diamond-shaped sign, divided by the vertical diagonal into two isosceles right triangles sharing a common base on the left and right. The vertical diagonal is set perpendicular to the water surface and coincides with the boundary line within the navigable bridge opening that meets the design navigation clearance dimensions. Color: Square signs are red; circular signs are white; diamond signs have their two right triangles on the left and right distinguished by red and white colors, with the right-angle vertex of the red triangle pointing toward the channel side. When the bridge background color is similar to the sign color, a contrasting border band shall be installed around the sign. Light Characteristic: The bridge opening mark light is a single-color, single-face fixed light. When installed at the same location as a square bridge opening sign, it shall be a red single-face fixed light; when installed at the same location with a circular bridge opening sign, it shall be a green single-face fixed light. The navigation clearance mark light shall be a yellow single-face fixed light. Bridge pier lights shall be 2 to 4 vertically arranged green single-face fixed lights, with the specific number determined based on the bridge height and navigation standards. Product features: Not easy to deform, easy to install, solar-powered, customizable, long service life. |
