一、Project Overview：Aimed at the management needs of marine disaster early warning and mitigation, this project is based on data such as marine meteorology, fundamental engineering, socio-economic information, and historical records. It leverages key technologies including 3S information technology, big data information technology, and numerical forecasting models to provide specialized services such as monitoring and surveillance, early warning and prediction, simulation analysis, and emergency drills for marine disasters including storm surges, waves, sea ice, and sea fog. It offers decision-support for establishing marine disaster emergency response mechanisms and formulating emergency plans, with the goal of minimizing the damage caused by marine disasters.

二、Main Functions：Information Systems: Storm surge disaster monitoring and early warning, online storm surge monitoring and early warning, marine environmental early warning reporting services, and marine disaster risk support decision-making.
