一、Project Overview:Oceans cover approximately 71% of the Earth's surface and play a pivotal role in the global ecosystem and economic development. However, with the intensification of global climate change, the frequency and intensity of marine disasters are continuously increasing, such as storm surges, tsunamis, waves, and red tides, posing serious threats to the safety of life and property and the ecological environment in coastal areas.

二、Main Functions：Tide Observation: Through tide observation stations, radar, and satellite altimeters, real-time monitoring of sea level changes is conducted. Combined with meteorological information on typhoons, strong cold air, and other weather provided by meteorological departments, numerical models are used to predict the rise in storm surge levels and the extent of their impact.
